How to use Zoom in this application

At enmi, English conversation lessons are conducted using the video calling application "Zoom".

Therefore, this page explains how to use Zoom in enmi.

Adding Apps with Zoom Authentication

You will need to prepare a Zoom account separate from your enmi account in advance.

First, log in as an instructor and go to "My Account" from the icon in the upper right corner.

Press the "Zoom Auth" button to perform Zoom authentication with enmi.

If the Zoom authentication is successful, the message "Zoom authentication succeeded" will appear on the screen.

Usage

At enmi, Zoom video calls are used to conduct lessons.

15 minutes before the lesson time, you will see the "Access Zoom Lesson" button in the lesson list. You can make a video call from that button.

The lesson can begin when the two people giving the lesson have access to the video call. If the lesson partner has not arrived Please wait until your lesson partner arrives.

The lesson time via video call is 30 minutes from the lesson start time. You can also use Zoom chat during the lesson.

Zoom application, Zoom Authentication Removal

If you wish to cancel the Zoom authentication with enmi, please access Zoom and follow the steps below.

Please note, however, that if you deactivate your Zoom authorization, you will not be able to use Zoom for lessons at enmi.

  • Login to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
  • Click Manage >> Added Apps or search for the "enmi" app.
  • Click the "enmi" app.
  • Click Remove.

Troubleshooting

Below is a troubleshooting of Zoom in enmi.

enmi is recording the lessons.?

enmi does not record any of the lesson content. It is only a way for enmi to give users access to video calls. Zoom.

How are video call meetings created?

15 minutes before the lesson time, enmi will contact Zoom to automatically create a video call meeting.

So there is nothing special for users to do in the creation of meetings.
